centralising all data sources

Keeping your data under control by centralising all data sources

The National Centre for Stage Costume targets various types of visitors and offers different activities: exhibitions, permanent collection, events, online shop, etc. Hence, the need for a tool to centralise the data being collected from all these different sources. Until then, the teams only had a routing tool and felt like they couldn’t use the potential of data to develop its audience and build loyalty. The CNCS aims to welcome 100,000 visitors by the end of 2021.

To centralise all their data sources and help them achieve their objectives, they called on the expertise ofArenametrix. Amandine Lombard, their ticketing manager, presents the result of this collaboration: "The outcome is very positive: the data is automatically fed into Arenametrix and can be used in a whole new way.
