Implementing a CRM and training the dedicated team within 1 week
Here we present our collaboration with Volleyball Nantes. From now on, the club will be based at Mangin Beaulieu (3 times bigger than the previous arena). This change of neighbourhood and venue is a major challenge for the club. The aim is to federate a large community of fans in order to fill the hall and establish itself on Nantes sports scene. This project has thus required the investment in a CRM tool and the appropriate support.
