The arrival of Sophia Baladi as Head of Cultural venues and Leisure follows strong growth for Arenametrix over the last twelve months, despite the pandemic, with collaborations with, among others, the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, the Monnaie de Paris, the Cité de l'Architecture and the Culturespaces group.
With a wealth of experience in marketing and CDP dedicated to the cultural sectorSophia Baladi will use her skills to support the communication and visitor development teams of museums and leisure parks in France and Western Europe. Amongst other things, she will contribute to the improvement of the visitor experience thanks to the advanced analysis of visitor data.
With a degree in marketing and heritage tourism, Sophia immediately developed a passion for customer marketing and loyalty. During her ten years of professional experience, including two years at Sèvres-Cité de la Céramique and five years at the Rmn-Grand Palais, she has created several cultural offers, including the Escales Sesame Pass for the Grand Palais. She was involved in the management of Imagine R subscribers(RATP), and actively contributed to the largest project CDP in the French museum sector since 2015(RMN-Grand Palais).
