Improve the visitor experience through data aggregation
Attracting audiences can be a complicated task. Public or ticketing officials may have several large databases and different sources of data, making it difficult to manage them. Especially when different people are responsible for managing these databases. The information is then compartmentalized.
Following the opening of the 11 Conti museum, the Monnaie de Paris wanted to acquire new tools to enhance the value of their visitors' data. This simple tool should enable them to aggregate ticketing and guestbook data to enrich their database with qualitative data. The collaboration with Arenametrix was initiated in 2017.
"Thanks to Arenametrix we have better control of our database. This way we communicate in a personalized way and have strengthened our ties with the public. "says Morgane Le Geldron, sales manager for La Monnaie de Paris.
In the coming months, his team wants to use the data analysis modules and expand their marketing scope by sending thank you emails or exploring new use cases.
