A certified cultural venue, Maison des Arts du Léman is a hub for all forms of art and creative expression. Built in 1961, it has hosted the Montjoux Festival every summer for 26 years. Set in a stunning lakeside park featuring a centuries-old castle, it is one of the most beautiful festivals in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Promoting an Event with Advertising

Diversifying communication channels is crucial for attracting new audiences and maximizing event ticket sales. Acquisition campaigns, combined with a variety of platforms—websites, social media, YouTube, and more—help achieve this goal.

To streamline marketing efforts, Arenametrix enables clients to launch acquisition campaigns directly from the platform using a simple form.

The festival team wanted to fill more seats by reaching an audience outside their existing database—people unreachable via email or SMS—through a new channel: a display advertising campaign. This approach involves buying ad space on relevant websites to promote an event effectively.

The challenge was to create eye-catching ads and target the right audience on the right websites without consuming the festival team’s time.

How the Campaign Was Implemented

→ Submitting the request via Arenametrix: The brief, detailing campaign objectives and parameters, was sent to the support manager.

→ Strategic guidance: Leveraging their expertise, the support manager developed an acquisition strategy tailored to the festival’s goals and capable of attracting new audiences.

→ Campaign launch: After Maison des Arts du Léman approved the strategy and provided visual and textual assets, the campaign went live. Conversion pixels were added to the ticketing system to track sales driven by the ads.
