Inaugurated in 2013, the 330-seat Théâtre 100 Noms was designed in the spirit of
a genuine 17th-century Italian-style theater. It is located in the heart of Nantes' old port.

With over 40 shows and 350 curtain raisers per season, it offers a varied program: comedies,
original creations, impro, stand-up, family shows... Every year, it entertains and amuses over 75,000 spectators.

Providing the best experience to its spectators is at the heart of the missions of each theater, performance hall or event producer. It is therefore crucial to collect feedback from spectators to improve and enrich its offer. But this task can be tedious and time-consuming, whether it is collecting or processing the opinions received.

To make this operation easy to handle Théâtre des 100 Noms chose to use Arenametrix CRM and marketing automation tool to send post-show communications to the right contacts and allow them to share their opinions with potential spectators on the theater site.
