Born from the merger between M’A PROD (booking, show production) and the label Soulbeats Records, Soulbeats Music supports artists at 360°: management, booking, publishing, phonographic production, and event production. Their priority? Champion music and the people who make it!

To support this mission, Soulbeats faced a major challenge: structuring, segmenting, and automating communications to its database—without increasing the workload for its teams.

Efficient contact management for optimized communication

In the music industry, production companies like Soulbeats Music manage a wide variety of contacts: artists, press, B2B clients, fans, etc. This diversity makes it complex to manage and communicate with each group. Without a suitable tool, it becomes difficult to segment contacts effectively, personalize communications, and measure the impact of campaigns.

To overcome these challenges, Soulbeats Music needed an all-in-one tool able to:

  • Centralize all contacts in a single database;
  • Segment these contacts using relevant criteria (language, profession, purchase history, etc.);
  • Automate communication campaigns—email and SMS—to optimize the team’s workload;
  • Provide full campaign analysis to improve engagement and maximize conversions.

What was implemented with Arenametrix

Centralized and intelligent segmentation: Thanks to Arenametrix, more than 4,500 contacts related to the booking activity were centralized into a single database. Fine segmentation—by language and type of relationship—made it possible to create highly targeted contact lists.

Creation of personalized email campaigns: Arenametrix’s intuitive interface makes it easy to build templates tailored to each team’s needs. This ensures the right content is sent to the right audience at the right time.

Automatic follow-ups for non-openers: Within Arenametrix, the teams can quickly target contacts who did not open the email and automatically follow up with them using a revised subject line to boost engagement.
