To support this mission, Soulbeats faced a major challenge: structuring, segmenting, and automating communications to its database—without increasing the workload for its teams.
In the music industry, production companies like Soulbeats Music manage a wide variety of contacts: artists, press, B2B clients, fans, etc. This diversity makes it complex to manage and communicate with each group. Without a suitable tool, it becomes difficult to segment contacts effectively, personalize communications, and measure the impact of campaigns.
