→ Automatic connection to data sources: Arenametrix recovered the historical data of the Crazy Horse and connected to the Aparté ticketing service to centralise its contacts and offer the cabaret a complete vision of its spectator and BtoB partner database.
→ Installation of scripts on the ticketing system: In collaboration with Aparté, Arenametrix has set up scripts on the Crazy Horse ticketing pages to enable real-time feedback such as the placing of a package in the shopping cart or the validation of a purchase.
→ Creation of 10 email templates: Thanks to the intuitive newsletter design editor integrated into Arenametrix, the Crazy Horse quickly created several abandoned cart email templates in order to personalise the experience according to the type of products in the shopping cart (Crazy Show, Crazy Champagne, etc.) and the language of the prospect.
→ Configuration and activation of abandoned shopping cart reminders: Each person who starts a reservation without validating it receives a reminder the next day to encourage them to finalise their reservation.
