Create a spectator journey around an event

Pastoo is a Belgian federation specialized in the creation of sustainable cultural events with strong values.
Music festivals, street art, immersive walks and shows creation, their events are plural and offer emotions to their audiences.
A spectator's journey, why?
In October 2022, Pastoo, the event creation agency, launched a brand new travelling event in Belgium,
marketed through the UTick ticketing service. Travelling the Belgian roads and stopping in Tournai, Wavre, Brussels and Namur, a dozen artists are taking over the stage for a singing and dancing show.
In addition to marketing, Pastoo's teams wanted to offer a complete experience to the spectator, before, during and after the show.
In order to create a spectator experience for the benefit of the spectator, while at the same time highlighting the catering offer during the show, a spectator path in 3 stages was designed, using the Arenametrix Marketing Automation module:
- A post-purchase email to encourage upsell by offering the public to book the catering offer,
- A pre-show email to provide all practical information before the event,
- A post-show email to evaluate the spectator's experience and to better understand the triggers for their ticket purchase as well as the context in which they came to the show.
With an API connection already in place with other UTick users such as the Théâtre de l'Ancre, Arenametrix quickly made the connection between the two tools to retrieve Julia au Cabaret's ticketing data on a daily basis,
and to set up the spectator's journey.
