Create a spectator path around an event

The spectator experience does not begin when the show starts.

An effective spectator experience means providing support before, during and after the performance. Practical information, communication of additional services and satisfaction surveys are all elements that allow for a smooth experience.

In order to offer the best possible experience for the touring show Julia at the Cabaret and to highlight its catering offer, Pastoo (a cultural events agency) and Arenametrix worked together to build a specific spectator path based on marketing automation scenarios.

Find out more about the work done together in our dedicated use case.

Pastoo is a Belgian federation specialized in the creation of sustainable cultural events with strong values. Music festivals, street art, immersive walks and the creation of shows, their events are plural and offer life-size emotions to their audiences.
